Adv. Ndivhuho Tshisevhe
Commenced his more than 16 years lucrative career as a Labour law specialist in 2005 where he began practising as an admitted Advocate of the High Court of SA to date representing both private individuals, trade unions, Corporate, Government Departments and Institutions of Higher Learning. He has vast experience in handling labour law matters in the Disciplinary hearing investigations, prosecution/Initiation, chairing, representation at the CCMA, High Court, Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court respectively.
He also worked for Tshwane University of Technology from 2005-2008, responsible for lecturing Labour law, Labour Relations and Industrial Relations at B-Tech level. He was also involved in developing curriculum as well as learning material for students. He worked as a Head Employee Relations at the University of Venda from 2009-2012 and his main responsibilities were to advise the Vice-Chancellor and Principal and line Managers on all labour law related matters. He is also a Labour law analyst for SABC Radio Stations from 2005 to date. Adv. Tshisevhe has an LLB (2003) degree from the University of Venda, LLM (2004) (Masters of Labour Laws (University of Pretoria), he won an award as a best LLM labour law student).
Abel Jacob Masingi
Is an admitted attorney who started his law career in 2006 at Matyeke Attorneys in Pretoria where he served his articles. Mr Masingi was admitted as an Attorney in 2010. He has been working for his own account as an attorney at AJ Masingi since 2011 dealing with labour law and commercial law. He has more than 10 years as an attorney of the High Court of SA.
Adv Michael Molwantwa Aphane
commenced his more than 20 years career as an Assistant Researcher and Editor at Unisa Department of Mercantile Law, from 1996-1999 assisting university Law Professors in conducting research on their behalf. Adv Aphane was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of SA on 14 December 2000. From 1999 to 2003, Adv Aphane worked for Legal Independent Corporation (LIPCO) as a Legal Advisor and Mediator, representing members at different forums such as Disciplinary hearings, CCMA/Bargaining Councils, Labour Court/High Court respectively, mainly dealing with labour law matters. Adv Aphane joined private practice as an Advocate from 2004 to date wherein he deals with Labour law matters representing clients at Disciplinary hearings, CCMA/Bargaining Councils, Labour Court/High Court respectively, mainly dealing with labour law matters. He also worked as a part-time Lecturer at Tshwane University of Technology from 2016 until 2020 lecturing Law of Property and Law of Delict respectively.
Adv Aphane holds B Juris and LLB degree from Unisa in 1996 and 1999 respectively. In 1999 he obtained a Certificate in Advanced Labour Law Programme from Unisa. He passed course work portion of his LLM in Labour Law and only left with a mini dissertation to complete the progamme.
Mr. Maluta Jerry Netshandama
More than 26 years career started in 1995 at the then Venda Development Corporation (VDC) as a Business Investigations Officer and then merged to form Limpopo Development Enterprise (LimDev). In August 1997, he joined Technikon Northern Gauteng (TNG) as a Lecturer in the Accounting Department until it was merged to form Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) until 31 March 2010.
On the 1st of April 2010, he joined the South African Revenue Service (SARS) as an Operational Specialist (Personal Income Tax) in the Legal Counsel Department (Interpretation and Rulings). In July 2017, he rejoined Tshwane University of Technology as a Lecturer in Accounting Department. He is an author of a Practical Accounting textbook published by Van Schaik Publishers (2021). He also worked as an Executive Director of NAPHATHU (Pty) Ltd, an Accounting and Tax Consulting Company established in 2017. He is a registered Accounting Officer and a Tax Practitioner registered with the South African Institute of Tax Professionals (SAIT) and Southern African Institute of Business Accountants (SAIBA). He is also a registered Tax Practitioner registered with the South African Revenue Service (SARS) as a Tax Practitioner in terms of section 240 of the Tax Administration Act (TA Act). She is employed by Tshwane University of Technology from February 2020 to date as a part-time lecturer offering Commercial law. Mr. Nndanduleni Kenneth Daba
Is an experienced Accountant, registered Tax Practitioner as a Master Tax Practitioner, who has more than 26 years’ experience. He commenced his career in 1995 as a Business Development Officer at Limpopo Development Corporation. In 1999 he worked for SARS as an Accountant until the year 2000 wherein he joined the Department of Justice as an Assistant Director Internal Audit, the position he occupied until February 2001. He also worked as a Director at Netshandama Consulting Services from 2008 to date. Mr. Daba also works for Tshwane University of Technology as a lecturer of Financial Accounting which position he held from 2001 to date. He holds an MBA degree (2007) North-West University, Bcom (Accounting) 1993, Bcom (Hons) 1996 UNIVEN, Diploma in Criminal Justice and Forensic Investigation, 2010 UJ, Certificate in Advanced Taxation 2002, University of Pretoria.

Is the head of our Forensic Department, who is a certified officer and fraud Examiner, an experienced, highly skilled, and competent forensic and labour and criminal investigations professional with more than 14 years’ experience in the corporate and national security agencies. He worked for the Special Investigation Unit for more than 8 years as a Forensic investigator, South African Police Service for 3 years. He also worked for a big corporation in South Africa such as Rand Refinery in Germiston both as a Coordinator Investigations and as Manager Security Investigations for a combined 4 years as well as working as a Senior Forensic Auditor contracted by Ligwa Advisory Services for a year.
He has strong evidence gathering and analyzing acumen as well as report compilation abilities. He is competent in fraud risk management.

Adv. Itumeleng Peter Kgatla
began his more than 10 years career at Tshwane University of Technology as a lecturer from 2011-2019 wherein he amongst others lectured labour law, dispute resolution, Administrative law, criminal law, and Interpretation of Statutes. From 2016-2018 he worked as a Candidate Attorney at the Legal Aid Board of South Africa based in Pretoria whereafter he attended and completed his school of legal practice at Unisa. Adv Kgatla was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of SA effective from 2020 and he has been practicing as such representing clients at Disciplinary hearings, CCMA/Bargaining Councils, Labour Court/High Court, and Labour Appeal Court respectively.
